Meet Our Administrative Team

Denise – Office Administrator & Customer Service Advocate

Denise has been with Dr. Loomis’ practice since 2014. She brings with her over 25 years of experience in sales and customer service. Denise assists in managing the front office and scheduling your hygiene appointments as well as your dental treatment needs. She loves interacting with patients and is dedicated to helping provide excellent dental care and making your visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

Denise graduated from the College of San Mateo with a liberal arts degree. As a Bay Area native, she and her husband have enjoyed raising two grown children. When not in the office, Denise enjoys hiking, golfing, and boating.

Rachelle – Office Administrator & Customer Service Advocate

Rachelle is the newest addition to the Dr. Loomis family joining us in 2018. She brings with her 10 years of customer service, sales, and finance. Rachelle enjoys the fast paced environment and working as a team.

When not in the office, Rachelle loves to workout, walk her 2 dogs, and spend time with her family and friends.

Joanne – Office Manager & Treatment Coordinator

Joanne has been in the Dental field since 1993 when she received an A.S. degree in Dental Assisting from College of San Mateo. She has assisted chair side for 17 years and then went into the management part of the office. During that time she also earned and A.A. Degree in Interior Design. Joanne joined Dr. Loomis’ team in 2018. She enjoys helping to make sure that the dental needs of the patients are met with the best care and attention possible.

Joanne is a San Carlos resident with her husband and 3 daughters. When outside the office, she enjoys running, spending time with her family and friends, card making, cheering on the Giants, Warriors, 49ers, and Shoe Shopping!
